Biography

Mr. Klein focuses on contract, technology law, and antitrust matters. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and drafting of sophisticated commercial telecommunications, outsourcing, software development, application hosting, electronic trading, consulting and information licensing agreements. Mr. Klein’s antitrust counseling focuses on competition issues involving consortiums/joint ventures, standards-setting, trade associations, intellectual property licensing practices and regulated industries.

Mr. Klein has served in the legal departments of companies engaged in financial services, telecommunications and consulting businesses. He offers an in-depth understanding of both the user’s and supplier’s perspectives and needs in complex information and technology transactions, which he has put into practice by devising practical solutions resulting in successful business outcomes.

As a contract, technology law and antitrust practitioner who has provided legal counseling for numerous joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions transactions, Mr. Klein provides an integrated approach in helping to resolve the multi-faceted issues that these transactions present.
