Both the Philadelphia Business Journal and Business Insurance quote FisherBroyles Employment Partner, Eric B. Meyer, on COVID-19’s workplace impact

Coronavirus has dominated the headlines. And Eric Meyer has become a leading voice on this pandemic’s forceful impact on the workplace.

Near the end of March, Jeff Blumenthal of the Philadelphia Business Journal quoted Eric in his feature entitled “What Philly employment lawyers are telling their ‘terrified clients’ about the coronavirus.” Mr. Blumenthal underscored that advice from employment lawyers now “involves the highest of stakes, as the fate of thousands of businesses are in the balance.” With his phone “ringing off the hook with questions about the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and whether a client qualifies as an essential businesses,” Eric commented on how employment lawyers have taken the lead in helping navigate their clients through a hyper-fluid situation.
