“A great draw for me was FisherBroyles’ non-discretionary, fixed compensation formula which solves the traditional law firm approach to lawyers’ compensation. Transparent and non-discretionary client credit and compensation policies solve the equality issues often found in traditional law firms and removes bias by institutionalizing inclusiveness.”
