FisherBroyles welcomes Bob Ellerbrock in Washington, D.C.

(Washington, D.C. – September 9, 2020)—FisherBroyles, LLP, the first and largest distributed law firm in the world, is pleased to announce that Bob Ellerbrock has joined the Firm in Washington, D.C. as a partner.

Bob joins the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice from Ogletree Deakins. He focuses his practice on executive compensation, employee benefits, and ERISA. He advises clients concerning qualified retirement plans (401(k), defined benefit, 403(b)), non-qualified plans, fringe benefits, health and welfare benefits, Affordable Care Act compliance, and executive compensation issues.

Bob worked as a consultant in the retirement plan industry prior to practicing law and uses this experience when counseling clients.

Bob earned a BA from Webster University, a JD from the University of Alabama School of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law.
