With the passage of the $1.9T American Rescue Plan Act, many businesses have questions about how this new law will impact them. Among other things, the Act brings sweeping changes to COBRA benefits and administration. The Act also creates avenues for employees to receive paid leave to get COVID-19 vaccinations. Yet, the new law is silent on any privacy implications.
