New York, NY – October 3, 2022 – Robert P. Lesko, Partner at FisherBroyles, LLP has been elected as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Concordia Plans and Board of Directors for Concordia Plan Services.
Robert will assume the role as Chair with immediate effect. He will assume traditional board Chair functions, such as presiding over meetings of the boards of directors and trustees, helping to develop and manage the boards’ agendas, monitoring the activity of board committees, and serve as liaison between senior management of the organization and the boards.
Concordia Plan Services manages the pension and welfare plans for the benefit of workers of The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. The organization has over $6 billion of assets under management, and provides workers with health, retirement, disability and survivor benefits.
In his role at FisherBroyles, Robert counsels business leaders in a wide range of legal matters from entity formation to resolution of legal disputes. Within this remit he has a primary focus of ensuring predictability of anticipated cost and transparency of services, achieved by the alignment of interests between client and counsel.
