FisherBroyles Welcomes Christopher R. Kinkade in the Princeton Office.

(Princeton, NJ—December 1, 2020)—FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce that Christopher R. Kinkade has joined the firm in its Princeton, NJ office as a member of the litigation and intellectual property practices.

Chris supplements the over 70 patent attorneys and agents already part of the FisherBroyles team, one of the largest patent departments of any U.S. law firm. Chris will be the 16th attorney in the firm’s Princeton office, adding to the ranks of corporate and commercial transaction and litigation attorneys who serve central New Jersey’s technology corridor.

Chris is a business attorney and intellectual property generalist with strong ties to New Jersey, and is actively involved with the federal bar, serving as lead and local counsel in over 150 district court litigations.

Chris brings 14 years of experience as a patent attorney and intellectual property litigator, having previously served as administrative partner of intellectual property litigation at an AmLaw 100 firm.

Chris advises clients in all aspects of intellectual property protection and enforcement, as well as complex commercial litigation. Chris has helped clients from startups to Fortune 100 companies safeguard their intellectual capital and manage their intangible assets for strategic growth.
