FisherBroyles Welcomes Dan McGuire in Dallas

(Dallas, Texas – January 6, 2022) – FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce Dan McGuire has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Dallas Office. He joins FisherBroyles from Polsinelli.

Dan is a business trial lawyer and commercial litigator who brings substantial experience in litigating and resolving disputes in the commercial real estate, technology, healthcare, construction, transportation, and manufacturing sectors.

Dan litigates in state and federal courts, and in arbitration proceedings, across the country – over various matters involving contractual agreements, corporate and real estate transactions, private equity, fraud, partnership disputes/business divorces, breach of fiduciary duty, and consumer protection claims. He also represents business organizations and individuals in serious property damage, product liability, and personal injury claims.

Named a ‘Rising Star’ by Texas Super Lawyers for five consecutive years, Dan is a fellow with the Texas Bar Foundation and involved in the Dallas Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is also committed to pro bono representation, having successfully briefed and argued a pro bono case before the Texas Supreme Court in 2021.

Dan received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2008, and a B.A., with honors, summa cum laude in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Arizona, in 2005.
