New York – September 15, 2022 – FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth M. Young has joined the firm as a partner in New York.
Elizabeth focuses her practice in the areas of mass tort, toxic tort, and product liability litigation in state court throughout New York and in federal court. Her clients have included manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, contractors, technology corporations, and transportation entities. Her experience also includes commercial and class action defense litigation. She has litigated appeals of several issues of first impression for premises owners and ship owners.
Elizabeth has served as a member of numerous bar association committees and has taught Continuing Legal Education courses, including litigation skills workshops and a product liability course.
Elizabeth received an A.B. degree in Political Science from Vassar College and a J.D. degree from Fordham University School of Law.
