New York, New York – April 19, 2023 – FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce James M. Marshall has joined the Firm as a partner.  He joins from Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP, where he was Of Counsel.

James has broad experience in litigation handling matters related to employment, products liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, insurance, and general liability.  He represents clients in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies and in civil investigations.

James received his J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law and B.A. from Boston University.
