(Chicago, Illinois – April 29, 2022) – FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce Scott Weisenberg has joined the Firm in Chicago.
Scott joins FisherBroyles’ Corporate Department as a Partner in the Real Estate practice. He brings a broad range of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development.
Having worked for almost ten years as General Counsel for a large residential real estate developer, Scott is adept at counselling on all aspects of land development and has significant experience representing ‘ground up’ real estate developers. Scott is also an expert at drafting and negotiating complex partnership agreements with outside institutional investors, and partnership agreements among development sponsors and investors.
Scott was previously at The Selig Law Firm and holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and a B.A. from the University of Kansas.
