Partner Spotlight – Dan McGuire

How long have you practiced law and what is your practice area?

14 years. My practice is Commercial Litigation, with a focus on litigation and disputes in the real estate, health care, technology, and construction industries.

Who is your typical client?

My clients primarily consist of middle-market companies, publicly-traded companies, and high-net-worth individuals.

How would you describe the Litigation practice area at FisherBroyles?

The Commercial Litigation practice at FisherBroyles provides the ideal level of experience and sophistication that allows me to support my clients with their legal needs in Texas and across the nation.

How is it different from previous law firms you have worked at?

FisherBroyles gives partners control over their practice in a way that is unique to my prior firms. It is an extraordinary collection of experienced professionals dedicated to client service in a flexible and supportive firm environment.

Have you been able to grow/build your personal practice since joining the Firm? If so, how and has the Firm’s model enabled that?

Having recently joined the Firm at the beginning of January 2022, I am excited to see the growth opportunities for my practice in the future. The exceptional expertise of our professionals and the cost-efficiency with which the Firm operates will benefit my clients and allow me to continue expanding my practice.
