Partner Lynette Ashby cites FisherBroyles as the future of law firm models where the incentives of attorneys and clients are aligned as why she joined the firm in an interview with ‘The Hedge Fund Report’:

“I considered a number of options, including traditional law firms, but in speaking to various attorneys at FisherBroyles, it occurred to me that the model made so much sense and the lawyers’ incentives are aligned with their clients,” Ashby told The Hedge Fund Law Report. “So, after speaking to numerous people there, I thought this model was the right one and probably, in the future, a lot more law firms will switch to this model.”

Speaking about the benefits of a cloud-based firm, Ashby said, “this model works well for all clients, including large institutional clients. Nobody wants to pay unnecessary fees. This model can be particularly helpful for small clients as well.”
