Andrew is a transactional attorney who advises businesses on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including commercial contracts, acquisitions, joint ventures, and governance matters. Andrew works with large and small privately held companies in a wide variety of industries, from financial services to manufacturing to consumer goods and retail. Andrew also provides outside general counsel and entity management services to clients, including to financial firms and start-up ventures.

Andrew focuses on practical solutions when helping clients with their legal issues by identifying risks and looking at ways to mitigate those risks, while helping the business team complete their transaction on time.
