Bryan Durrett is a partner in the FisherBroyles’ Charlotte office, where he works with investors, developers, lenders, and major corporations in commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition and development of healthcare properties. Additionally, he represents commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for office, retail and industrial properties.

    • Ground leases, air rights leases, acquisition and development of medical office buildings and ambulatory surgery centers for a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust
    • Acquisition, financing, and development of large mixed-use projects, shopping centers and residential communities
