Chris is a patent attorney and business savvy litigator who helps clients manage, protect and enforce their intellectual property by balancing legal risk with business impact to deliver effective strategies to support business goals. Chris is an IP generalist and represents clients from independent inventors and entrepreneurs to international corporations in all stages of IP portfolio development, litigation, commercial transactions and licensing. Chris is a first-chair IP litigator and trial attorney, building and leading diverse teams across the United States in federal litigations and administrative proceedings, for domestic and international clients. Chris is able to cut through complexity to distill the most important issues into valuable deliverables suitable for a board room or jury.
Chris has particular experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, mechanical, and chemical industries, as well as consumer products and services. Chris litigates and negotiates complex commercial agreements concerning intellectual property, trade secrets, advertising law, complex commercial disputes, contract enforcement and antitrust matters.
