David’s practice is concentrated in business litigation, involving a wide range of contractual and business tort issues. He has represented businesses and individuals, both plaintiffs and defendants, in cases involving breach of contract; insurance defense; insurance coverage; trade secrets; non-competition and non-disclosure agreements; fiduciary duties; negligent hiring and supervision; professional negligence; and other claims. His clients come from a number of business sectors, including insurance, financial services, computer software, telecommunications, manufacturing, sales, and various other professions. Other practice areas for David include administrative law (including for public employees); constitutional law; and church disputes. He has extensive trial, appellate, arbitration, and mediation experience in numerous state and federal courts and ADR forums.
