Employment Practices

Donia counsels companies in multiple jurisdictions on all aspects of employment law, labor relations and provides human resources and general counsel legal services. Donia has also litigated on behalf of employers and employment practices liability (EPL) insurers throughout the United States in federal and state courts and in various administrative tribunals.
