Jeff is a registered patent attorney and has been practicing intellectual property law for over 20 years. He’s a practical counselor who combines years of patent prosecution experience with extensive patent strategy experience to produce value for his clients.
Jeff has prepared and successfully prosecuted hundreds of utility and design patent applications involving an array of technologies including, but not limited to, augmented reality, gas turbine engines, computer software, artificial intelligence, electric car charging technology and three dimensional mapping.
He has also frequently supported litigation when responding to IPRs and has considerable experience arguing on appeal at the USPTO.
Jeff is recognized in the field of cartography as the co-inventor of the patented Ambroziak Infinite Perspective Projection (AIPP), the world’s first true 3D map projection, and is the co-author of the book, Infinite Perspectives: Two Thousand Years of Three Dimensional Mapmaking. Jeff’s wall-sized three dimensional maps have formed the basis for a one man gallery show at the Underline Gallery in NYC.
