biography

Ms. Fargo’s practice focuses on the representation of national lending institutions in connection with complex, multi-state financings secured by all types of real estate projects. She also regularly represents lenders in loan workouts and foreclosures.
In addition, her expertise encompasses real estate acquisitions and sales and leasing. Jennifer regularly negotiates and prepares loan documents, leases, agreements to sell and purchase, easements, declarations of covenants, and other real estate-related documents, and analyzes due diligence matters affecting real estate.
