Jill Guldin is a civil litigator who concentrates her practice in complex commercial litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in both federal and state courts on complex commercial and business-related litigation matters, including oppressed minority shareholder and intra-company disputes, shareholders’ rights and derivative litigation, restrictive covenants, construction litigation, contracts, ERISA litigation, IP litigation, insurance coverage litigation, and products liability cases. Jill has also represented businesses, executives, professionals, and other individuals in federal white-collar criminal defense matters and parallel civil actions. In addition, she has considerable experience in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Through her diverse practice, Jill has appeared before numerous state and federal trial and appellate courts, and has significant trial experience in complex civil jury trials and commercial arbitrations. She is also proficient in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including AAA arbitration, common law arbitration and mediation.
