Ms. Burgher specializes in labor and employment law. She has experience in guiding companies in litigation matters, contract and employment issues. She is adept at investigations, audits, and contract disputes.  Ms. Burgher is a skilled communicator with outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities. She has successfully negotiated contracts and Government charges (including the EEOC, DOL and NLRB) on behalf of clients. In addition, Ms. Burgher advises clients on compliance, state regulatory issues, as well as contractual and employment claims. She also has experience in both private practice and as in-house counsel. Ms. Burgher has prepared employment handbooks, “hotlines” for handling employment complaints, as well as employment contracts and severance agreements.

Ms. Burgher works with Fortune 500 companies to provide management consultations, audits, investigations and training nationwide. Her career has spanned working both as a consultant and as outside counsel to companies of all sizes throughout the United States.

Ms. Burgher has served on various community non-profit boards, including Young Men’s Service League and Children’s Medical Center.
