biography

Landon Speights is an experienced cyber/ incident response counsel, commercial litigator, and serves as FisherBroyles’ assistant general counsel.  Whether representing Fortune 500 companies or small family-owned businesses, Landon is a zealous advocate for his clients, places a high priority on communication, and works extremely hard to ensure every client is satisfied.

Landon practices in FisherBroyles’ cyber & privacy team, where he routinely serves as breach counsel for clients facing active security and/or privacy incidents. Landon has counseled organizations experiencing crisis in various industry sectors including healthcare, construction, technology, public entity / education, professional services, retail, real-estate, and financial institutions. Landon prides himself on assisting clients in responding to cyber incidents as quickly as possible, while maintaining compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations.
