Maura is a Delaware licensed attorney and experienced litigator who handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual and business disputes, legal malpractice, corporate governance, and directors’ and officers’ liability matters. In addition, she has experience managing complex bankruptcy litigation, representing bankruptcy trustees, and prosecuting and defending against adversary claims. Maura also counsels public utilities on regulatory and litigation matters, and has appeared before the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission to secure base rate increases, change of control approvals, and certificates of public convenience. Maura also represents title insurance companies and flood insurance companies in state court, and has extensive experience representing white collar defendants in state and federal investigations.
