Michael is a business lawyer with over 30 years of experience, and focuses his practice on commercial, business and technology matters, software licensing and development agreements, cyber risk, data privacy and security, domestic and international distribution agreements, outsourcing, intellectual property, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, general business and corporate law.
