Mr. Roger Browdy has extensive knowledge in all areas of intellectual property law, with primary emphases in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnological areas and in trademark law. Clients often turn to Mr. Browdy when facing particularly vexing problems in the course of patent prosecution because of his unique skills and years of experience. He is also skilled and experienced in patent interference law and practice and post-grant Patent Trial and Appeal Board proceedings. Mr. Browdy is also well known for his thoughtful and thorough validation, infringement and freedom to operate opinions.

In addition to preparing and prosecuting patent applications, Mr. Browdy has extensive experience in the more complex practice of patent appeals and interferences. In Ex Parte Rubin (5 USPQ2d 1461; PTO BPAI 1987), he achieved a significant victory related to the enablement of claims directed to cancer treatment.
