Russell Manning represents clients in diverse matters involving intellectual property rights, including patent preparation and prosecution for both startups and established companies. He has prepared hundreds of patents in the mechanical, electro-mechanical, software and medical industries. Russell conducts domestic and foreign patent prosecution, interfacing with foreign counsel worldwide. He also works with in-house counsel to identify patentable subject matter and protection strategies for products.
Russell has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting United States patent applications in a variety of technical fields, including communication systems, medical devices, medical imaging processing software and systems, aerospace devices, and a numerous mechanical systems and devices.
