Ms. McFadden drafts and prosecutes patent applications.  She also assists clients with their IP portfolio management.  Ms. McFadden’s practice focuses on software technologies including complex machine learning, augmented reality and virtual reality, user interfaces and user experience, digital messaging, digital payment systems, computer vision, and natural language processing.

Ms. McFadden drafts continuation recommendations and applications with an eye toward enriching client’s IP value. She also counsel clients on tech areas within their organization that might be mined for potential disclosures, defensive publications, and patent applications.
