Sid Steinberg is a valued advisor and litigator for clients throughout the United States, including in the healthcare, education, manufacturing and retail sectors. An accomplished trial lawyer, Sid also routinely provides risk management advice and strategic planning for clients. Sid has been defending clients’ interests for over 25 years in state, federal and appellate courts, as well as before federal and state agencies throughout the country.
Sid has experience ranging from defending large wage and hour and race discrimination class actions to cutting-edge single-plaintiff discrimination claims under Title VII, the ADEA, the FMLA and the ADA. Sid regularly defends clients’ interests before the EEOC, the National Labor Relations Board, the Department of Labor and state administrative agencies.
