biography

Ms. Saganich has a wide range of experience in the practice of commercial real estate law and finance, with an emphasis on real estate lending, health care lending, and commercial lending, including single lender, syndicated and participated facilities, and public-private partnership financing arrangements. Ms. Saganich’s experience also includes loan restructuring, and loan workout matters, including the development of work-out strategies and the negotiation and documentation of modifications and forbearance arrangements.

Ms. Saganich also has more than 30 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney and has represented landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office, retail, restaurant, industrial and data center leasing, as well as the negotiation of a variety of landlord/tenant disputes and lease enforcement issues. She has served as outside counsel for national and international companies in connection with leasing, acquisitions, corporate relocations, dispositions, sale/leasebacks, 1031 exchanges, data center leasing, construction, development, incentives, and land use in all aspects of commercial real estate, in addition to general corporate matters....
