Mr. Peters has over 25 years of legal experience in a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on the acquisition and disposition of public and private companies, including mergers, asset and stock sales, like kind exchanges, and joint ventures. Transactions for which Mr. Peters has been lead attorney range in size from small (less than $1M) to very large (in excess of $1B) and in a variety of industries, including technology, cable and broadband, media, automotive, Internet and e-commerce.

In addition, Mr. Peters frequently advises entrepreneurs, start-up, early stage and growth companies, from idea to exit, primarily in the technology, SaaS and Internet sectors. Serving these clients requires practical legal and business advice and efficient delivery of services across a wide variety of substantive areas, including structure, tax, fundraising/finance, intellectual property, incentive compensation, employment, founder relations, governance and liquidity transactions.
