Negotiate and draft commercial, industrial and residential real estate purchase and sale transactions, as well as leases on behalf of commercial tenants and landlords. Possess expertise in financing and title matters relating to such transactions.  Experience in state-level credit and incentive evaluation and reward processes.

Regularly deliver advice on various technology matters and agreements, from both the service provider and customer point of view.  Experience with development of requests for proposal, negotiating agreements with vendors, negotiating subsequent schedules, statements of work and amendments or terminations of agreements.

Extensive experience preparing bank loan documentation and conducting due diligence activities, and regularly represent lenders, borrowers and guarantors in these matters.  Skilled at the loan workout process including forbearance agreements and collateral management.
