FisherBroyles partner Lisa Powell receives the Indiana University Mauer School of Law Distinguished Service Award.

FisherBroyles, LLP, the first and world’s largest distributed law firm partnership, is pleased to announce that partner Lisa Powell received the Indiana University Mauer School of Law Distinguished Service Award on September 25, 2020  in a ceremony at the law school.  Lisa was selected for  her long-term commitment to the law school, service on the Alumni Board of the law school for thirteen years, and her  leadership of that Board while serving as President in 2019. Lisa was also awarded  IU’s Bicentennial Medal on behalf of her late father, William D. Powell, B.S. 1949, J.D. 1952, the first President of the IU Student Body and considered one of the founders of IU’s modern student government.
