Princeton, New Jersey – April 18, 2023 – FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce Benjamin S. Teris has joined the Firm as a partner.
Ben joins the Firm’s employment practice from the Cherry Hill, New Jersey office of Dilworth Paxson LLP, where he was a partner in the litigation and labor and employment practice groups.
Ben brings almost a decade of experience of management-side labor and employment counseling and litigation to the Firm, with a primary focus on New Jersey employment law. He has defended both single and multi-plaintiff employment cases in state and federal court, at the trial and appellate level. These cases involved a wide range of claims, including discrimination, hostile work environments, retaliation, and unpaid wages. His experience includes representing small and large businesses, and public entities.
Ben received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. Following law school, Ben served judicial clerkships with the Honorable Anne McDonnell, P.J., Ch., Superior Court of New Jersey, Gloucester County and the Honorable Richard S. Hoffman, J.A.D., Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division.
