Maryam has extensive experience handling a wide range of litigation matters in varying industries from inception to resolution. She focuses her practice in the areas of Cyber Security & Data Protection and Crisis & Risk Management. She was the Co-Chair of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy practice group, as well as the Co-Chair of the Crisis & Risk Management practice group at a regional law firm.

Specifically, Maryam counsels clients on their data privacy obligations under a wide range of regulatory schemes. She helps small, midsize and large companies in assorted industries to develop internal data privacy management systems which take their business needs and legal obligations into consideration.

Maryam has significant experience acting as data breach counsel to companies in multiple verticals including professional services, retail, hospitality, financial institutions, technology and healthcare.
