Tamara Gray Jain has more than a decade of transactional experience developed in large, global firms and legal boutiques. Most recently, Tamara worked with a boutique law firm where she assisted businesses and individuals with general corporate and business law matters including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, organizational documentation, and review and negotiation of commercial contracts. She served as external general counsel for a public company in the healthcare industry and private, emerging SaaS companies in ordinary course events.

Previously, Tamara spent over six years at the law firms of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she advised clients on tax and real estate transactional matters. In her previous work, Tamara assisted private equity firms, real estate funds, real estate investment trusts and other clients with fund formations, mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions.
