Tamara Gray Jain’s practice focuses on representing a variety of clients in general corporate and commercial real estate transactions (including acquisitions, dispositions, real estate-secured financing and commercial leasing transactions) and on representing nonprofits in affordable housing-oriented real estate transactions.
Tamara Gray Jain has more than a decade of transactional experience developed in large, global firms and legal boutiques. Most recently, Tamara worked with a boutique law firm where she assisted businesses and individuals with general corporate and business law matters including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, organizational documentation, and review and negotiation of commercial contracts. She served as external general counsel for a public company in the healthcare industry and private, emerging SaaS companies in ordinary course events.
