Kevin has nearly two decades of experience advising corporate and individual clients on U.S. immigration law, with subject matter expertise in business immigration.

Prior to joining FisherBroyles, Kevin worked for two of the largest immigration law practices in the United States, Fragomen and Ogletree Deakins. In his last role as Of Counsel at Fragomen, he supervised over a dozen attorneys and oversaw all green card filings for a Fortune 100 investment bank.

Kevin is an experienced practitioner, advisor, and strategist who effectively partners with corporate clients.

  • Presentations and Teaching Experience

    A member of the American Immigration Lawyer Association’s (AILA) New York Chapter’s Employment Committe, Kevin frequently lectures to attorneys and non-attorneys on immigration topics. This year, he presented at a AILA CLE regarding new developments for H-1B visas and co-hosted a lecture on immigration matters for foreign students at North Carolina State University.
