biography

Michael practices in the areas of financial services, commercial real estate, and general corporate practice work. He has advised borrowers and lenders in complex financial transactions involving syndications and participations, real estate lending, asset-based lending, and debt restructuring. Michael also represents local, regional, and national developers with the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial real estate. Additionally, he advises businesses and their ownership groups in structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, shareholder and operating agreements, and general contractual matters.
