biography
Mr. Wobeck’s practice is concentrated in representing corporations, investors and entrepreneurs on matters relating to capital formation, joint ventures, technology licensing, project development and financing, corporate governance and intellectual property strategy and development. Mr. Wobeck has over 25 years of transactional experience including 15 years as a Partner with Morris Manning & Martin and 2.5 years as the Vice President and General Counsel of Renmatix, Inc., an early stage technology company whose investors include Kleiner Perkins, BASF and Waste Management.
At Renmatix, Mr. Wobeck served on the management team, advised the CEO on all Board matters, participated in presentations to potential partners and investors and the Board of Directors, managed the Company cap table and stock option plan and coordinated reconstitution of the Scientific Advisory Board in addition to his primary legal responsibilities.
