Mr. Fisher has over 35 years of business transactions, corporate governance, securities law and real estate experience. Mr. Fisher concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and securities work for both public and private companies. He has substantial experience in public and private equity and debt offerings, venture capital financings, real estate securities, public and private M&A transactions, reverse mergers and PIPES. Mr. Fisher represents clients primarily in connection with business transactional matters, particularly securities regulation, taxation and real estate. Mr. Fisher represents high end life insurance agencies particularly in connection with premium finance and life settlement transactions, and is a licensed life insurance agent in California.
