Many years of experience inform Jason’s practical and solutions-driven approach to helping clients. Jason uses his business acumen, strong engineering background and expertise in intellectual property law to add real value to client’s intellectual property portfolios and businesses.

Serving a broad range of clients, from multinational corporations to start-ups to universities, Jason develops and manages world-wide intellectual property portfolios and focuses his practice on IP counseling, patent and trademark prosecution (both foreign and domestic), due diligence and portfolio analysis, patent opinions and IP related agreements and licensing.

Additionally, Jason has extensive experience with IP enforcement matters, including patent litigation and post-grant review proceedings before the USPTO. Several of the post-grant review proceedings involved inter partes reviews that were related to concurrent litigation. Jason’s experience in post-grant proceedings is invaluable in developing offensive and defensive strategies in patent litigation.
