biography

Michelle Fullmer’s practice is centered on providing global intellectual property protections, tailored to suit the priorities of the client. She specializes in patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution and enforcement, and provides counsel on a wide range of intellectual property issues.

Michelle holds a degree in chemistry from Loyola University New Orleans, and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Representative patent work includes prosecution and litigation in the fields of university research, oil and gas, electronic engineering, and chemistry.

Michelle’s practice includes representation of internationally recognized companies, but she is also passionate about protecting the IP interests of local and small businesses. She regularly provides trademark counsel to start-ups and local enterprises, and has performed pro bono work for the New Orleans Entertainment Law Legal Assistance program and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
