biography

Bill Dolan is a highly experienced trial lawyer, having tried dozens of matters to verdict while a partner at at Jones Day, Bell, Boyd & Lloyd, and Kirkland & Ellis. Bill has been retained by start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike in a wide range of matters, including antitrust, corporate investigations, trademark infringement, corporate governance, and international arbitration. He also has experience in various types of litigation, including class actions, intellectual property disputes, and employment law cases. Bill has proudly served as pro bono counsel for educational foundations as well a lead trial attorney in a federal RICO lawsuit that resulted in the permanent closure of a ring of predatory lenders that preyed on US military veterans.

  • Presentations & Teaching Experience

    Bill has made well over a hundred educational presentations, including presentations for Practicing Law Institute, ICL, and the American Society of Appraisers. Annually, Bill also teaches high school students who have enrolled in the innovative class for entrepreneurs offered by Uncharted Learning, NFP.
